BULL SHRED

I'm starting to hate the cliched saying of, you have to love yourself in order for somebody else to love u. BS!!! I think, as one patient I had once said "That is particularly a horrible lie." (She said this when I asked her If she was feeling ok). But anyways, getting back to what I said, is not that I don't love myself, I ADORE ME; is more that I sometimes think we also need someone to coterie with us and makes us feel loved and wanted BUT this person does not have to catch up with my energy, this persona has to breatheeee my same energy and sum it up with mine. And I don't even know why I'm all mad about it when I'm the first one that pushes away people that try something with me. I guess I'm the type of people that like it our own way, ORRRR I was born to die alone and In fact that's legit, we are born alone (unless you are a twin but wait till u hear the last part) and we die alone. :( POOR US. But anywayyyyys are you guys with me on this one? It is so stupid to say love yourself and that way someone will find you... NO! LOVE YOURSELF AND THAT'S IT, and get caught up with someone that loves him or herself too. That's the truth algorithm right there. We need people in our lives 24/7 but we also need ourselves indeed. Now, aquientrenos, accepting this two things is the key to get where we want to be. PERIOD.
